Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and maintain the company's content on the website and social networking accounts.
- Develop, expand and manage influence and online reviews and reputation.
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.
- Work on marketing collaterals and marketing campaigns.
- Manage online orders and liaise with florists to ensure the customers are well served.
- Analyze the market situation and performance of the company across all dimension (products, prices, services, etc.)
- Propose plans to protect the company's positioning and to maintain or increase the company's market share.
- Propose and organize products & services promotion strategy.
- Closely monitor the actual results of the execution of plans and strategies in comparison with targeted achievements.
- R&D research, and also identify target markets and develop marketing strategies/plans to ensure that they are run smoothly and effectively with the company's guidelines.
- Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions.
- Other business development tasks that may be assigned by GM.

- BA in marketing, business admin, management information technology, or related fields.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in marketing or a similar field.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Working knowledge of serving tools and B2C social media.
- Skills in creative content writing.
- Disciplined self-starter, creative thinking, analysis, good personality, and communication.
- Be fluent in English both speaking and writing.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet.
